Now Molten Wildebeest's Gizzard grants a shield that absorbs 200% of total Life per Second so it might be good to increase this secondary stat whenever possible on every piece of equipment, still resistance to elements is far more important. Steady Aim takes the unused slot so the build maintains the bonus damage from a moved Bane of the Powerful and its 20% damage bonus to elites when active (it seems Steady aim is an Exclusive Multiplier in patch 2.6.1). The Wind chill effect also procs the bonus damage from Bane of the Trapped almost instantly and releases the slot occupied by the Thrill of the Hunt passive. Multishot Wind Chill trades the extra damage gained from rockets for crowd control, with one or two secs of chill effects on hit and an increased 8% chance to crit on hit for 3 seconds. Added with a 65% cooldown from Dawn, this get us buffed up comfortably. Vengeance up-time is important so belt, off- hand and shoulder get us a 24% cooldown reduction total plus 12.5% from a diamond in helm. I would not suggest losing Vitality over 8% resource cost reduction on gloves, but it could be done for a total of 24% RCR. Since this build does not use Evasive Fire with Focus to gain extra Hatred, 16% resource reduction total is added to both the offhand and shoulder pieces. Thus Evasive Fire with Hardened rune increases armor by 25% for three seconds, which gives a decent defense when the game lags. This build takes no advantage of the extra damage from rockets or Convention of elements, instead it aims to gain more protection and quick regeneration.
